2521 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing the use of the 2521 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 2521 platform — whether through a web browser or mobile application — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you:
- Register a new account on the 2521 platform;
- Accessing or browsing platform content after acknowledging the terms notice;
- Making any deposit, bet or financial transaction through the platform.
2521 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility and Security
User eligibility
The 2521 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia;
- Not prohibited by local law from participating in betting or online gaming activities;
- Never previously suspended or permanently banned by 2521.
Account security responsibilities
Each user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — including their password, user ID and any two-factor authentication details. 2521 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of user negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited activities
All 2521 users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots or any scripts intended to manipulate games or betting outcomes;
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game results or sports betting outcomes;
- Providing false information during registration or any verification process;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or databases;
- Abusing platform promotions or bonuses in a manner that goes against the original intent of the offer.
Permitted use
The 2521 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to use the platform commercially, for third-party profit or for any purpose other than personal entertainment requires explicit written consent from 2521 management.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 2521 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own.
Deposit process
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits currently set by the platform. 2521 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking disruptions or external factors beyond our control. Any deposit made in error by the user must be reported to the support team immediately.
Fund withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to the account or payment method registered and verified under the same user's name. 2521 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any large or unusual withdrawal request. Any taxes, charges or fees associated with transactions are the user's sole responsibility under applicable Malaysian tax law.
Suspicious transactions
2521 reserves the right to suspend, investigate or void any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. Any balance linked to confirmed fraudulent activity may be forfeited without further notice.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Platform liability limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 2521 is not liable for any indirect loss, loss of income, loss of profit or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including technical disruptions, system downtime or odds display errors resulting from external interference.
Account suspension and closure
2521 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any term in this document. A decision to permanently close an account is final and non-appealable unless there is a clear error in the assessment.
Intellectual property
All content on the 2521 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 2521. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of these assets for commercial purposes without explicit written consent. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-party links and governing law
The 2521 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors. 2521 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third parties. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
